We are registered in Malta, with company number C-7390 and have our registered office at 70, Cross road,

The “Goods” we are providing under this contract consist of the products available on the website (the
“Website”), while the “Services” consist of the delivery service being offered.

Orders and Contract

By submitting an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods from Saudade.

A binding contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order via email after successful payment.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to product availability, payment authorization failure, or pricing inaccuracies.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT at the applicable Maltese rate.

Payment must be made in full at the time of order, using one of the accepted payment methods available at checkout, which may include:

• Visa / Mastercard
• Apple / Google Pay 

In the event of a pricing error, you will be notified promptly and offered the choice to continue with the corrected price or cancel the order.

Delivery

We currently deliver across Malta and Gozo. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We aim to dispatch all orders as promptly as possible.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If delivery is unsuccessful, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or collection. Additional fees may apply for repeated failed delivery attempts.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our full Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy for instructions.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, unless defective or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@saudade.mt, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Please retain all original packaging while we review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
